Supermarket nearby. Tourist tax €0.50 per day per person to be paid on site upon arrival.

The Scirocco holiday home is part of a single residential complex called Rosa dei Venti, made up of 4 houses with independent entrances (Maestrale, Scirocco, Libeccio and Levante), all equipped with a patio equipped with furniture and umbrella.
Guest access
The Rosa dei Venti villa has 4 different typologies within the same private property (Scirocco, Maestrale, Libeccio and Levante). Each house is independent with some shared areas such as the solarium terrace, the barbecue and the internal parking.
Other things to keep in mind
In order to guarantee maximum hygiene and prevention, bed and bathroom linen is available for rental upon request and is not included in the price of the stay. The cost per person is €12.00 (€24.00 for a double bed). Ordinary departure cleaning is excluded and costs Euro 80.00 excluding kitchen cleaning. The balance of these extras must be paid upon arrival. Flexible check in from 3.30pm to 9.30pm. Extra Late Check in after 9.30 pm, before 11.00 pm Euro 30.00. Waste disposal is the responsibility of the Guest. In case of any waste found upon departure, an extra supplement of Euro 20.00 will be applied. Early check in on request based on availability.
